Thecus Products a Sensation at Computex 2008
Looks like the folks at Thecus, makers of those cool Network Attached Storage devices had a successful COMPUTEX. Here are some highlights.

Home users will enjoy the latest N4100PRO and M3800 network storage servers. Powered by AMD Geode LX800 CPU and 256MB of DDR memory, the N4100PRO is capable to provide high performance with much lower power consumption. The additional RAID 6 and 10 protection ensures higher data security. The M3800 3 bay NAS device features built-in multimedia player and can play digital content directly through your existing home theater system, featuring HDMI, component, and regular AV out.

Visistors to the booth also especially loved the idea of having a remote control to so they can enjoy movies, music, photos and more from the comfort of their living room couches.
Visitors were also excited about the unveiling of Thecus’ first miniPC. With an AMD Geode LX800 processor plus a compact and fanless design, the miniPC can be applied to a number of applications.
