Sometimes all it takes is a little time alone (or at least knowing you’re going to get some) to turn everything completely around. I am currently counting down the hours until my house is empty, because boy do I have plans! I’m going to turn up the music as loud as I want, sing along if I want, NOT turn on the TV, and quite possibly even read a book without anyone interrupting me 42 times to comment or ask my opinion on a TV commercial I wasn’t paying attention to because I was immersed in a book. And then…carbs for dinner. Lots and lots of carbs. I’ve got a recipe for sour cream and cheddar scrambled eggs I’ve been dying to try, as well as from-scratch pancakes, toast and bacon. On top of all that, I woke up in a fabulous mood because we had a killer thunderstorm roll through here last night, so in all it’s shaping up to be a pretty darn fine Tuesday!
