You know what’s funny? I thought I was going to start making truffles tonight after making just under 7 dozen pumpkin cookies with white chocolate chips, just over 8 dozen molasses cookies, and two loaves of cherry pie filling bread, cleaning up from all that including washing dishes (by hand, as I don’t own a dishwasher), and kind of walking (limping, stumbling…whatever) the entire time. Not gonna happen. I’ve taken an extra codeine and I’m settled into my recliner for the night. But I’m halfway done with holiday baking!
