So…we’re back to food holidays for a bit. I’m good with that. Especially this one, being that I absolutely adore shrimp scampi. Turns out it’s ridiculously easy to make, so I get it a lot more often than I used to be able to. But if you’re going to make it at home, be sure you use fresh shrimp, real butter and a good white wine, because otherwise you might as well just buy the packaged noodles that claim to be “scampi flavour” and toss some thawed frozen precooked shrimp on top.
