Today I am making an effort to expand my sports-watching horizons. To this point, I love hockey, I really like American football…and that’s it. I actively hate basketball, but other than that I am fairly neutral on most other sports. However, a very good friend has two boys who both play lacrosse on their college team, and they’re really quite good. He assures me that lacrosse is much like hockey, except with more people and on grass. We shall see…if I pass the “you are not an idiot” test after researching online, I may be invited to attend a game later this season.
