In my case, it actually IS a happy Monday! Not only did I get to go in to work at 10am rather than earlier, I was done at 2pm. And then when I got home, waiting just inside my storm door was a package. A few weeks ago I pre-ordered the new CD from my very favourite artist. Pre-ordering got me the CD, an official bootleg CD from last year’s tour, and a signed, hand-numbered lithograph of the album cover art (he does his own artwork as well). Official CD release date is tomorrow. So now I’m comfortably home with seven hours off, listening to fabulous new music and watching the rain fall. Today definitely does NOT suck.
