Black Friday. The biggest retail shopping day of the year. Or, as I like to call it, hell on earth. I would rather hit my thumb repeatedly with a hammer than set foot in a store today. Of course, I normally hate shopping, so the crowds and ridiculousness just exacerbate the situation. It honestly does not break my heart to not be one of the first 100 people in line so I can buy a new TV for $400 instead of $900. I can't afford it at the sale price, either. Me, I'll be home, eating leftovers and doing a whole lot of nothing, right up until I go to work. That's the exciting thing for me today! I get to go to work twice this weekend! Since what I do for hockey games requires sitting at a computer, I can manage that with a bum leg. I'm just not entirely sure where we're going to put my scooter, since there really isn't room for it in the booth.
