Other than dotting some I’s and crossing some T’s, everything is set for me having foot surgery a week from today (or yesterday…we’re waiting to hear from the hospital what they’ve got available). The podiatrist is a lot more conservative about things than any of my previous surgeons, and I have to see my primary care doctor on Monday for a pre-surgical consult. OK, that makes me giggle! I’m comparing surgeons, and I’ve had enough of them to be able to! That just ain’t right.
