Bunnies and chicks and lambs and chocolate and eggs and crosses and church and family and all of that! Me, I’m spending most of my day in the kitchen. Because I am making a 12-pound ham for two people (don’t ask me, I didn’t buy it), with all the requisite side dishes. Pre-diabetes be damned today, we’re eating! I did make one concession, though…instead of a real dessert I’m frying up some plantain slices dredged in cinnamon and sugar, then drizzled with honey. It’s marginally better than making a pie. Besides, I suck at making pie. Anyway, whatever you’re doing today, hope it’s fabulous!
