The News: Brownie Day Edition

I've mentioned before how many holidays revolve around food, but now that we're coming up on the holidays it seems there are even more. Brownies are one of those things I absolutely love, but even though I can cook or bake almost anything, they are one of the few exceptions. For whatever reason, if I try to make brownies from scratch I end up with hard inedible bricks. But if I buy a boxed mix they come out perfectly, even though I always add stuff to them. So be it.
