All plans for today have been cancelled, as my friend woke up ridiculously sick. So I’m hanging out with the kids (there is not enough coffee in the world for that) while she tries to get some sleep. This should be an adventure. But at least I’ve already handled breakfast, although I did not make French toast as requested by the girl…scrambled eggs and toast were about all the effort I was capable of putting in this morning.
