Well, shoot. Is there anything that doesn’t benefit from the addition of bacon? Denny’s even proved recently that ice cream is good with bacon. I’ve seen bacon mints, bacon mayonnaise, bacon purses, bacon dresses, bacon just about anything you can imagine. And I pretty much want all of it. I’ve planned one of my favourite things for lunch today in honour of the holiday: a bagel sandwich with bacon, fried egg and cheese. With some extra bacon on the side. And this is one of those rare times when the picture has nothing to do with the first review, because I had the perfect one sitting on my hard drive. Happy Bacon Day!
