The latest entry into the “get me out of bed so I’m not late for work” contest is the Target Alarm Clock. This is for those of you who need something more than just noise to get you moving in the morning, and for those whose brains need a jump start as well. Purely for the amusement involved when other people see it, I can easily picture myself buying one of these.

As with any alarm clock, this one comes equipped with a snooze button. However, this has a major difference from your garden variety clock…you must hit a bullseye with the included laser gun before it will stop going off. It has two modes: in easy mode, you only have to hit the target once; in hard mode you have to hit it five times. The display is clear, and it comes with two different shooting games. You can even record your own music or whatever other sound you want to use as the alarm sound. You will need to provide six AA batteries, as they are required but not included.
