I realize that in other parts of the world hot and humid is the norm for August, and it’s not all that uncommon here, but really there is a limit. Today the predicted actual temperature is 92F, with a predicted heat index of somewhere around 105F. For those of you who don’t get heat index, it’s the “feels like” temperature after the humidity is figured in. Blech.
