I knew it was March, but that fact sort of escaped me when I stopped at a sports bar on my way home last night for some dinner. I hate basketball with a mad passion. I would rather watch paint dry or perhaps visit the dentist than watch basketball. But it’s March. And in the US, that means basketball is on every channel all the time. Especially in a sports bar. I kept trying to convince them to change the one small TV near my table (I knew for a fact someone had to be playing hockey somewhere…it was Saturday night after all), but no go. I had to leave. My apologies to those of you who like it, I just can’t do it.
