Both phones are reportedly designed to be easy to use and come equipped with a dedicated set-up guide to help you make the most of your smartphone. Along with Android 4.0, each phone also sports excellent battery life and a built-in application to monitor data usage. Users also have access to Video Unlimited and Music Unlimited, which gives them access to plenty of movies, television shows, and music.
The Xperia tipo dual allows users to use two different SIM cards in the same phone, in case you want to use both a work and a personal SIM card, or if you're traveling internationally and want an easy switch to a new number. You can switch which SIM card is in use with the click of a button or you can automate it with specific time settings. Whether you can use one SIM card for data and the other for voice remains to be seen, but it would be a nifty feature.
The Xperia tipo is available now at Sony's online store and the Xperia tipo dual is available for pre-order. The tipo is $179.99 and the tipo dual will be $189.99. Scroll down for close-up videos of both phones.
