Since I’ve been stuck home, I’ve been spending a LOT more time online than usual. Which means I’ve gotten more into the social networking sites (I shan’t name names here, but you know who they are). Why do people I hated in high school suddenly have to be my friends? I don’t get it. If I didn’t talk to you 25 years ago, odds are pretty good I don’t want to talk to you now. I could be wrong, of course, but I don’t think so. A word of advice to those of you who send messages to everyone who ever went to your high school…we don’t all want to be your friend, most of us don’t know who you are anyway, and those of us who do know who you are didn’t like you then and are glad it’s been decades since we had to talk to you. We’re not about to start again.
