I beleive a law suite should be filed when your being recorded without being told before hand. This is against your rights. This happen to me for unsafe lane change on Folsom St. and 6th st. The officer on a motorcycle took a picture of my license plate and my drivers license. Told me I should receive it by mail. I never issued a ticket or was asked to sign anything. He said “Everything was recorded and is on file since he approched my vechile.” I do not like this system. It doesn’t make sense. Where is this officers info? Why wasn’t I informed before hand of this recording being made?
THIS MUST BE UNLAWFUL. FOR ANYONE NO MATTER IF YOU ARE A POLICE OFFICER OR NOT. SFPD YOU WILL HEAR FROM MY ATTORNEYS.
