Apple fans will be seeing two new treats this fall – the next generation
iPhone in September and the “
iPad mini” in October. The company’s latest iteration of its immensely popular
smartphone, the iPhone, will reportedly be announced at a September 12th event. Once that phone is announced and available for sale, the company will then switch its focus to the rumored smaller iPad,
the iPad mini, which is said to feature a display of less than eight inches it size. This new iPad will be announced in October, according to sources.
It’s been speculated for a while now that Apple would separate the two announcements, as they’re both huge in scale. The iPhone is the company’s shining star and more than enough to cause a stir on its own. It wouldn’t make a lot of sense to announce the two products together and split everyone’s attention.
The events at which these announcements are supposed to take place have yet to be announced, so expect those announcements before long. And then expect Apple to take the holiday season by storm.
