I don’t play a lot of racing games, but I have to admit, this thing sure is cool. The new RennSport Racing Cockpit is from the folks that brought you the Porsche 911 officially licensed wheel. Sure enough, both pieces mate together to give you the most realistic driving experience you can have in your living room. Created by FANATEC, the two products work together to amplifiy the force feedback effects of the wheel.

The system is constructed of an aluminum roll cage design to give virtual racers stability in heated battles and is designed to use any real racing seat. So if you have a Recarro kicking around, you can bolt it in. However, if you’re one of the first ten customers to buy one, they’ll pop in a full carbon fiber seat in for free. Apparently, a $300 value.

If that’s not enough, Additionally, the RennSport Cockpit has optional monitor brackets for up to three 24” monitors, or a single monitor up to 37”, an optional sliding drawer for a wireless keyboard, and is prepped for a 5.1 surround sound system.

The racing seat is available for purchase right now for a cool $995 USD. A couple high res shots are available after the jump…
