If you are one of those people who calls someone on their cell phone and prattles on endlessly about inane irrelevant matters, you need to be beaten about the head and shoulders with a dead haddock until you understand that it not only costs the person you’re calling money, but they hate you now. Like, for instance, the guy who is currently on the other end of my phone (I have it on speaker and am mostly ignoring him while I type). I don’t care about anything he’s saying, but since I cannot get a word in edgewise to tell him I need him to shut up and leave me alone he just babbles on. He’s lucky he’s not in front of me or I’d have throttled him by now.

I just realized that’s what I do in these intros! But at least you have the option of ignoring me.
