This week is when I do my holiday baking…two days in the kitchen, at the end of which I will come out with seven kinds of cookies for a total of around 35 dozen, two kinds of bread for a total of four loaves, and six pans of gingerbread. Have I lost my mind? You bet! But it makes for fabulous presents when you can’t afford to buy anyone anything.
