Have you ever done this? I hadn’t, but I’ve spent a fair portion of today trying to, since the insurance company decided it wasn’t worth fixing my car and totaled it. So…how do you know the car you get is the one they picture? I refuse to either take the bus clear across town or beg a ride from someone only to find out the car I wanted to see doesn’t actually exist, and all they have for me is an elderly Gremlin or Fiesta.
