Nintendo Weighs In on Wii Lawsuit
Earlier this week, we informed you of the pending class action suit that was filed against Nintendo. Nintendo finally weighs in on the issue…
“At the time we became aware of the lawsuit, we had already taken appropriate steps to reinforce with consumers the proper use of the Wii Remote and had made stronger replacement wrist straps available. This suit has had no effect on those efforts,” said the company.
Nintendo also officially launched their Wii Strap Replacement Program via email to all Wii owners this week.
