Night Owls Are Often More Depressed Than Early Birds

A recent study performed by the Stanford Sleep Disorders Clinic in California, USA, shows that, although Night Owls tend to get more sleep on average than the early risers, they are usually more depressed. The treatment of insomnia will therefore need to be adapted to each category of bad sleepers. But don’t lose any sleep over this as the scientists are looking into it and should soon find a solution.
