Math = NOT My Strong Suit
I spent at least two hours with my recipes, making lists of how much of what ingredients I needed, counting over and over again to make sure I didn’t miss something, adding a little more to the grocery list just in case…and I ran out of flour before I even got to begin making the six pans of gingerbread I need. At least the cookies got done. I’ve told my mother I planned it that way knowing we were going shopping again tomorrow, so I could make the gingerbread on Saturday. That way it’ll be fresher on Sunday. She didn’t buy it, but then I didn’t believe me either.
