Lessons Learned
By all accounts, I’m a pretty darn good cook. However, sometimes I think I’m not so smart. Take today, for example. I decided to make egg salad. Simple, no? The problem came in when I completely forgot I was boiling eggs and left the pan for almost an hour. Suddenly there’s this noise from my kitchen so loud I thought either bombs were going off or someone had just driven a car into my house. Turns out when the water boils completely away and the stove is still on, eggs will become something very much like organic grenades. I decided I’d leave the egg shrapnel on my ceiling for a while and come check out what new products have been reviewed. It’s better this way.
