Google Releasing Their Own “Nexus” Version of the Galaxy S4 Dylan Duarte May 16, 2013 Google is releasing a new version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 that will run stock Android – for which Google promises frequent and timely updates – and come completely unlocked and equipped with an unlocked bootloader. The phone will run on T-Mobile and AT&T’s LTE network. It will also sport 16GB of storage space. The phone wasn’t given an official name when it was revealed at Google I/O, but Google has described using the phone as a “Nexus user experience,” and other online outlets have noted the similarities to Nexus devices. Google will be selling the phone directly starting June 26th, for a fairly hefty $649. Other details were scarce, but I can’t imagine the specifications are much different than those on the Samsung Galaxy S4, which was released worldwide just last month. via The Verge Share This With The World!
