GIGABYTE Launches Dig for Victory Contest at HWBOT Dig for Victory2013 500x185

It is competition time again and we are starting off with some love for AMD and the Piledriver series of processors. GIGABYTE has joined forces with HWBOT.org to host Dig For Victory.

The competition is as simple as getting the highest score with the new Futuremark 3DMark released just a few weeks ago. The limitations are where this gets fun. The first of two stages you are limited to using on an AMD Trinity APU for both CPU and graphics card. For the second stage, you can only use an AMD Bulldozer CPU and a 5000 series AMD graphics card.

The winner of each stage will receive an upgrade to the GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD5 and a AMD FX-8350 (Piledriver) CPU. If you are in the mood for some overclocking fun and a chance at some great prizes, then you have until April 12th. More information about the contest can be found below.
