I woke up in a mood today, and suddenly decided to haul out the deep fryer and do a good, old-fashioned fish fry for dinner. I’ve still got some trout and salmon in the freezer from last fall, so it’s definitely a go. I’m also doing hush puppies and some clam strips since I’ll have the kitchen in a shambles anyway. I may live in the north, but I can make my best effort to pretend I’m in the south!
