Everyone knows that I do not like when case manufacturers include pointless additions. A PC case should be designed with function first in mind. One of the best at doing this is Fractal Designs and they have a new case that fits function first, but doesn't leave out style altogether. Here is the Fractal Designs Arc Midi R2.
The design of the case is much like the Arc Mini in a mid-tower form. The exterior has the same clean lines with the machined look on the all-steel construction, side window, and well-ventilated top and front. As liquid cooling and high air flow were the focus for Fractal, the Arc Midi R2 can house up to a 240 mm radiator in the top or front. You could also install up to 7 fans with three 140 mm Silent Series R2 fans included.
The space for the front radiator mount is possible thanks to the flexible 5+3 cage design that allows you to relocate, rotate, and configure the case to your needs. This is in addition to two 2.5 drive mounts behind the motherboard tray for SSDs. That is up to 10 internal drives in a mid-tower. The Arc Midi R2 also has 7 expansion bays and two 5.25" ODD bays which is plenty for most people. This is a great all steel case at an MSRP of $109.99.
