I cannot believe how many hours I’ve slept today, but I think I’ve finally caught up on some sleep again! I know, you can’t technically make up for lost sleep, but I sure made a valiant effort. It’s amazing how much something so simple as sleep can adjust your attitude as well. For a couple of days I’ve been irritated with the world, and now I’m so much calmer the woman at the convenience store where I stop all the time commented on it. Note to self: get sleep more often, other people like me better. Onward!
