When I got home this afternoon they had FINALLY towed my car to the salvage yard! It’s only been 2 1/2 weeks since the accident. And the paperwork came in the mail today from the insurance company, so I filled that out, scanned it and sent it back. I still don’t know why they couldn’t send me a scanned copy, but whatever. Technology is apparently a challenge for some people.
