NO SUCH THING HAPPENS from what I can tell on multiple Vista upgrades over one of my XP Pro licenses. THERE IS NOTHING WHATSOEVER THAT IS NEW WITH THE REFERENCED WORDING IN THE EULA. Wake UP!
