Just Another Manic Monday

Hope your weekend was only eventful if that’s what you wanted from it.  I had an adventure with my car I’d rather have avoided…turns out the blower motor for my defroster has decided it doesn’t want to play any more.  Heck of a thing to discover during the first real snowfall we’ve had this year.  Hopefully I can stumble through until Friday when I get paid and can get it fixed, but it’s not looking too good.  Hmmm…wonder if I can rig a case fan somehow to get me through until then…it’s a thought.

LEGO Lauches Biggest Set Ever Modelled After the Taj Mahal

Taking over 30 hrs to build, this is LEGO’s largest set yet! It contains over 5,900 pieces and is recommended for only the most experienced builders. The set is fully detailed capturing all the minarets, domes, finials, arches, and stairs. This thing builds out to 20″ x 16″ inches and is so pretty, it should be stuck in a glass case. At a price of $399 CDN, it certainly isn’t cheap. But if you want to take a break from building a Star Destroyer or the Millenium Falcon, this may prove to be a good Lego vacation from the norm.
