My poor mother! She’s had email for quite a while, but now she’s started getting spam. For (imagine an older woman whispering and blushing) male enhancement products! I had to literally bite my tongue to keep from giggling directly in her face. She was so embarrassed, and thought she’d done something wrong to make someone think she was interested in such nasty things! I finally had to fake a coughing fit before I exploded. Love you, Mom!

A couple weeks ago, FANATEC, partnered up with RennSports and presented to you a racing cockpit system that would set you back about $995 USD. This week, they’ve decided to give you a break by releasing a new racing wheel setup that’s based on their uber expensive, but highly realistic Porsche 911 Turbo Wheel. So where’s the break? Well, instead of charging you around $350 for this racing wheel setup, the new Porsche licenced 911 Carrera wheel will only set you back $129 USD.

Like the 911 Turbo Wheel, the Fanatec Porsche 911 Carrera Racing Wheel features an interchangeable gear stick (6 + 1 Speed) that can be mounted on either side of the wheel, realistic clutch pedal with declining resistance, a powerful Mabuchi RS 550 force feedback motor, an adjustable turning angle (up to 900°), a tuning function that allows gamers to change force feedback during gameplay, and an extra large wheel rim of 300mm in diameter crafted from high-quality TPE rubber. All this is topped off with an authentic Porsche badge on the hub of the wheel.

The Porsche 911 Carrera Racing Wheel is compatible with PS3 and PC titles, but unfortunately, lacks the ability to rock an Xbox 360. For more information on this and other products, check out FANATEC’s Website. More pictures after the jump…

The CA-IP500 is the first car audio receiver to fully integrate iPod docking into the head unit itself. It not only plays audio from the iPod, once docked inside the head unit, but it will charge the iPod as well. Once the front faceplate is closed, you can’t even tell that this head unit has no CD player and that it relies soley on your iPod as its source material.

The unit supports iPod Classic (Gen5 and Gen6), iPod Nano (Gen2 and Gen3), and all of the recently announced generations of iPod Touch and iPod Nano systems. Full iPod control is realized using the head units own controls so you never have to touch your actual iPod controls. If you get sick of your playlist, you can turn on the receiver’s AM/FM Tuner with RDS while SRS WOW provides cabin filling sound. The CA-IP500 is also ready to pimp your ride with 4-Channel plus subwoofer line out, auxiliary in, 7 band equalizer with 11x presets and 3x users, and subwoofer level control. For more modest installs, the head unit does feature a 50W x 4 MOSFET amp onboard.

The unit is backed by a 3 year warranty with a 2 year flat extension and can be had for a price of $249.99 USD. It’ll be available at your local Best Buy soon. For more information, check out the FUSION website.
