A friend agreed to take me around town in exchange for buying him lunch, which seemed like more than a fair deal to me, so he’s picking me up in a few minutes. Not that I have a lot of options, but at least I’ll be mobile for a day. Online car shopping only goes so far…I need to get my hands on them and drive them and see how they work for me in person.
