As Ready As I’ll Ever Be
My pantry is loaded for bear, and I’ve got an exciting evening of cooking ahead of me so I can have actual food for dinners or lunches. I feel like I’m preparing for a siege, but really it’s just that I expect to be doing 10-15 hour days for over a week and know I won’t have time or inclination to cook anything. Which means if I have decent food for the first half, the fact that I’ll be down to sandwiches and canned fruit by the end won’t be so bad.
