If you’ve been following these posts, you know I don’t have a good track record with kitchen gadgets. Unfortunately, my family often buys them for me because I cook a LOT. For years I’ve been seeing the chopper with the glass jar and the handle that you stick an onion in, press down on the handle a few times and voila! Diced onion! I got one for my birthday from my sister, and when I used it last night it did exactly what it was supposed to do! Chalk one up in the win column! I finally own a gadget to make my cooking life easier that actually does.
